• the plant has a good stem length similar to Starlight Express,
• with a forcing period similar to Starlight Express,
• and has a very strong stem,
• the foliage is dark green and robust
• the plant is compact

Selection of buds and flowers

• bud count is good, a bulb size 13/14 will give 2 to 3 buds, a 14/16 will give 3 to 4 buds,
• the buds face at a 45 degree angle,
• the bud formation is compact and
• the large buds colour up well before opening in a grand cup shaped form,
• flowers are xx large
• and very attractive.
